docs: OIDC with AKS that is using Azure RBAC #1498

A question was asked...

I'm unclear how to set up OIDC with AKS that is using Azure RBAC. If I just create a application in AAD and it will automatically be able to tie users to the Azure RBAC in AKS?

We should make headlamp or the docs better to address this.
