Wing Cap for the parachute interaction #26

I know requests should be in the pull request section which isn't working, i got pretty far in the game but i can't progress anymore in the game cuz i can't open the parachute with Mario. So i thought why not to give him his wing cap onto the parachute since i can't do the madd dogg's mansion mission.(somehow i was able to open the parachute in the pilot license, had to click it the moment i spawn) unfortunately it does not work in any missions. luckily i didnt need to parachute in other missions before the mansion. obraz_2024-06-14_085335534

i can't progress because the red marker doesnt even spawn

atm Mario does not have any implementation for the parachute, or jetpack for that matter. you'll have to do these sections as CJ

the parachute behavior will be unchanged, but i may consider swapping the jetpack with the wing cap. we'll see how that goes

also, pull requests are for contributing your own code modifications to a project. you used the issues tab correctly
