support `debug` launching app

https://github.com/headspinio/appium-tizen-tv-driver/tree/main/packages/appium-tizen-tv-driver#activate-the-package-name lets the session start an app via regular launching app scenario. It does not support "debug" mode. This issue aims to support the debug mode.

To achieve it, we should do:

• start an app with debug mode
• establish a chromedriver session
  • Then, we should remove the old chromedriver, so this driver supports one chromedriver session peroperly
