SwiftUpdater.Controls.NewRepoBox - Unable to translate bytes [C2] at index 19 from specified code page to Unicode. System.Text.DecoderFallbackException: Unable to translate bytes [C2] at index 19 from specified code page to Unicode.

Has anything changed in the way Swifty reads the repository file?
