Two repositories with the same mod name but different capitilisation fails to work properly #203

Two repositories, the Republic of Folk one and the Charlie Foxtrot Ops one. They both contain similar mods, both pointing at different mod directories but one contains @ASR_AI and the second contains @asr_ai. When trying to download the second repository it attempts to use @ASR_AI as the directory name and produces a 404 as it has different caps on the two different repositories.

The workaround was to reinstall Swifty but I suspect removing the clashing repository should have the same effect.
