Downloads files to %appdata%\Roaming\Swifty\Temp before placing in specified directory #218

If there's not enough space for a massive download in the drive where appdata is, but there is enough space in another drive which the user has specified as the install location, this causes the download to be impossible to complete even though there is enough space in the install directory.

The temp can be moved via the Main Application settings.
