AC:

function that accept tokens payload for transformation
define options for transformation (for now, just the options that are currently allowed in configuration for the token-transformer
set up unit tests
log out token-transformer output code
Isolate the transformer logic in it's own directory to insure it can be reused token-navigator/transformer
