Block/Icon list updates #19

Blocks / Icon list changes

Add block dialog now shows block preview. Block preview images can now be controlled. They are filtered out via the block library by adding (not-block-preview) variation to screenshot blocks. Blocks list now has a set few SVG images to make the list look less bland & make blocks more recognisable.

Icons settings dialog now has a replace function.
