Tour fix #32

Tour fixes.

Tour should no longer loop. Tour flow was updated: Tour no longer goes to dashboard and account settings during auto-tour, instead stops and allows user to create first project. Auto-tour continues on new site details, after theme editor then tour continues on dashboard and ends at account settings.

Minor fragment bugfix & body set to display none, before appear class is added
