SimSharp project has target framework set to 4.6.2 #3167

Describe the task Target framework version of SimSharp project should be updated to 4.7.2

Additional context All other projects have been updated to .NET framework version 4.7.2 which has been released 2018. I got an error when trying to compile the ExtLib solution because I removed 4.6.2 from my machine.
