Upload video to youtube #515

Hello, 
in this days I'm trying to upload a video to youtube through C# API: my problem 
is that I don't know "how" to get the FULL path of the file, since I think I 
need it to upload to YouTube.
Now I'm using a FileUpload control, but I read the newer browser don't give the 
full path of the posted file.
Can anyone help?

(I read all the documentation about that, the api docs, the dotnet guide and 
whatever but they don't work)

This doesn't look like a bug in the .NET library.
