[DS] Document Database - Store Document Meta Data

Problem

As a system/user I can store additional information (e.g. Tags, Categories) related to documents, so that I can filter them and find them later.

Solution

Create a database and store relevant information to allow filtering and finding documents based on

• File-/Document- Information (e.g. Name, Date)
• Tags
• Categories
