Update version number for publishing on RubyGems #46

Calling this one v1.0.1 so we can publish it to rubygems.org.

@kdreyeroren Based on the error message in Travis:

You are trying to install in deployment mode after changing your Gemfile. Run bundle install elsewhere and add the updated Gemfile.lock to version control.

Did you run bundle install locally before pushing? This is required because the gem's version is tracked in Gemfile.lock. Since we're changing the version that needs to be updated as well
