0-very little progress
10- significant progress
(currently very little effect and major effect)
[ ] Could we add some text to say that they can only track one problem and this should be rated 0-10, with 0 being very little progress and 10 being significant progress and that the problem should focus on what they are working towards (e.g less fidgety rather than just fidgety)
(the team felt it isn’t clear that they can only rate one problem or what the scale is. We also want it to be more solution focused and linked to their goals).
