Should the form be split over a series of pages so you fill in some, click next and fill in some more?

Time Estimate please for: You see the questions for section one, then click next Second page shows questions for second section plus back and next buttons and so on...

Looks like Client are happy for it to remain on one screen. I haven't heard back from both of the lead clinicians, so won't close the issue yet, but will move it down the priorities.
