Refactor database setup for School feedback to make it more reusable and less repetitive.

Is there a change/decision for this yet? I had a quick look.

Suggest something like :p & :q as their own fields (named in full for clarity as type :integer), :user_id & :last_updated_by as is, and add another field for the content/body as type :text. Brings it down to 5 fields to deal with ✌️

@katbow That's exactly along the lines of what we were thinking 👌 🎉 Makes everything a lot more flexible for future use!
