Coping Strategies Edit - extra page and click #296

I noticed on HeadScape there is an extra step to edit a coping strategy:

Healthlocker:

Click on Coping Strategy
Takes you straight to the edit page
Make edits and click save
Takes you back to view coping strategies page

HeadScape:

Click on Coping Strategy
Takes you to another view page
Then click edit to get to the edit page
Make edits and click save
Takes you back to viewing that individual CS page - and there is no link to get back to the main view all CS page - you have to go via the menu which is a bit clunky.
[ ] Remove additional step so functionality works as per Healthlocker
