Option to order SUs in Clinician Caseload #334

As a clinician I want to be able to change the order in which SUs appear in my caseload:

[ ] Order in alphabetical order (by surname)
[ ] Order by school - so all children linked with a particular teacher are listed together

MORE DETAIL TO BE ADDED!

@katyedwards The time estimate given would be dependent on UI.

Loosely the UI would be the same as it currently is, but with the SUs in a different order - plus obviously a filter button somewhere at the top, so shouldn't be complicated to implement.
