Child of #1033 Need agreement between HS.io and Aether team what data is being sent to HDX. Define the JSON message and all fields and types.

We are working to align the Healthsites attributes with those supported by OSM. The current Healthsites specification is presented in the following spreadsheet. See 'Current Healthsites specification'
