Industrial areas & non-residential overlay

Industrial areas & non-residential data provided by @dajoin-williams to be added as an additional overlay option on the main map. This filter allows for a better context/ understanding of where industrial & non-residential areas are, that helps map interpretation.

Potential options

include as an additional option in overlay dropdown
include as an additional toggle switch at top of menu, separate from overlay dropdown
include as mapbox basemap addition (would force a specific view across all maps)

Illustration with the new displacement index works best to highlight how effective this viz is. To be implemented with team discussion -- be sure to consult @Makosak and @dajaoin-williams when starting implementation process.
