Add a blog using open CMS; in future can share:

release and pre-release updates
partner commentaries & and guest posts
event promotion and related topics

We can add this as a new section to highlight the latest 3 blog posts on homepage, and link remaining in the "news" page

For positioning this on home page: -> move the "neighborhood map" to the white section, nestled above the "explore chives" details -> add the blog posts in the blue/hero2 style ribbon
