For all shapefile downloads, Disable the button or fixing the error of : No space left on device: '/tmp/tmpwwv2p69o #9

code in the error message can change. This only applies to the Shapefile downloading. It occurs in both basic and Advanced Metrics mode.

Based on the discussion on May 15, disable the Shapefile option until the Advanced Metrics is fixed and adding the file capability to the app.

The Shapefile button has been hidden in the fix_app branch
