Chore: Create initial autoconfig.xml #1

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, there isn't an autoconfig for repkg to pull from. This is required for the initial release to ship and whoever does this initial issue will have the opportunity to help the project in a big way.

Describe the solution you'd like Check examples/customconfig.xml, it should look something similar to that with appropriate sha256's, versioning, naming, and url's/mirrors.

Describe alternatives you've considered N/A

Additional context This would be a great first issue, for anybody that would like to get involved.

Hmmm, looking back this might actually be tougher due to how the xml is structured for now.... Maybe this has to follow a different structure for the autoconfig and config structures.... With that said, this isn't so simple and might need some work.
