[Feature Request] Filter ads with incompatible orientations

I don't know if this is possible but it would be really handy to be able to filter out ads posted by people who would automatically not be interested due to my gender. Maybe furry preference too but mostly gender.

Honestly not just ads, but in general would be great! I mostly play female/shemale characters, so the ability to hide all gay males from the channel lists would be amazing.
