Certain Profiles Refuse to Load Correctly #188

So this has happened before and uninstalling Rising fixes it implying that the problem IS with rising as it stops immediately once uninstalled.

Every once in a while a particular profile will stop working. Others will but no matter if it is the first profile loaded or is profile #2 or #3 it will load for a moment looking like this where it looks liek it's going to load correctly but the PMs do not show icons and the friends list only shows Looking symbols. I cannot click in it nor can I scroll and affect whats happening. I can switch to other profile tabs if I wish. After usually 15-20 seconds the entire tab goes black and does not change.

When this started happening before I ended up using 'fix corupted logs' for the profile in question and then it began to work That fix is not working this itme however.

so my fix, was to first go into Rising and at the top left cog, hit the "change log location" and all those files there in the data folder, back them up. I only backed up the character folders, not the loose files below.

Then just delete the entire Rising folder there in the \AppData\Roaming\fchat\ section.
Run Rising again ( you'll have to relog in, and change your language etc again, then close it. Paste your data folder back in and overwrite anything it says to. Everything should load just fine after with all your logs etc all working.
