[Feature Request] Add a Filter Prune List, like the Filter Exception List #205

I'd love to be able to add specific users to my filter list, whether or not they have kinks/ages that would trigger the filter. (The Exception list currently does the exact opposite.)

Being able to prune specific users from channel lists, automatically reply to their messages with "No thank you", or remove their messages from public rooms would be a godsend. I find most of my partners via channel lists, and it's always a pain to have to scroll past people I've already decided I'd never be interested in.

Won't ignoring them effectively result to this?

I just tested it - ignoring people doesn't remove them from being listed in a room (like the existing filter list does).
