[Feature Request] Temporary Mute or Expanded Ignore List #329

As the title.

The F-List site has had a broken ignore function for the longest time and I just want a way to hide people for the length of a session, if not outright ignore them.

Considering Smart Filters exist I see no reason not to let us define specific users to hide from view entirely.
