[Feature Request] Inline Note Viewer/Composer #338

As someone who migrated to 3.0 from slimCat, the one feature I find myself missing is the inline note viewer, which allowed you to see your notes as if they were a chat. As it stands, this is the one thing I find myself frequently having to visit the F-List Website for, and would make Note-based RPs much more concise and easy to follow. A toggle along the formatting bar, to, say, switch between chat and note mode, would suffice and make it much easier for people who communicate via notes frequently.

This. This and a way to filter your ad timer and turn off/on various ads for rooms would be nice
