[Feature request] Character-specific friends display/eicon list #343

Friends are already stored per-character by F-list, but are always shown together. Could add another section to the friends list that filters it for the currently logged on character. As for eicons, it would be nice to have a global favorite list and a character favorite list, if such an eicon portrayed the specific character or something like that.
