I have missed slimcat every day since I've lost this feature, and I'm only more liable to go back everyday its still somehow not implemented. Its almost as annoying as not being given notification toasts when friends or bookmarks log in.

I would vote for both of these as separate enhancements. The number of times I've missed someone important when a friend/bookmark login toast would have been utterly helpful...
