Linux x64 Client is missing, both x86_64 and arm64 downloads are ARM64. #474

As it says on the tin. For some reason both are ARM64 binaries.

This has been a problem for awhile, I noticed. I think it's been like that for the past two builds.

For what it's worth, the build instructions seems to still work fine. Here's a working x86_64 AppImage: https://github.com/SeongGino/fchat-rising/releases/download/v1.27.3/F-Chat-Rising-linux-x64.AppImage
