Unable to turn spellchecker off #49

The original client had an option to disable spell checking. Even with everything unchecked in the spellcheck submenu, it still puts red squigglies under random words.

Yeah, that's an oversight. I didn't anticipate anyone wanting to disable spell checking entirely. Would you like to submit a PR?

When my spelling is already perfect and the spell checker keeps flagging slang, or any word with a tilde after it.

Would you like to submit a PR?

I don't know my way around the codebase enough to do this. Plus the current solution of opening devtools and adding spellcheck="off" works fine.
