Fix #56 Service ("templating.helper.assets") on cache:clear

@enkas, thanks for the contribution. AFAIK there is no templating.helper.assets scope and this code is wrong. Unfortunately, it was too long in the master branch. I've tried to fix it. Please let me know if it doesn't work for you.
