ADMIN- Add a menu item in the Admin section for Managing Users #20

We need a new section in the Admin to manage users. Following activity will be needed.

1) Add New User 2) Edit User 3) Remove User 4) Reset password for User. 5) View Users/User

Added these functionality in admin section. Remove functionality is still in progress.
