Appt -Customer field should be auto populated on appointment tab when coming from customer page #22

Customer field should be auto populated on appointment tab when coming from customer page. From the customer screen, search for a customer and hit the 'appointment' button. then select professional and press "view schedule". Then select a day to create an appointment. the schedule appointment tab should have the customer name pre-populated.

Verified that the customer is not required to be entered on the appointment page when coming from the customer page.
