Email System ..will use mail chimp …extract to pull all customer emails for marketing purposes and customer email will open in default email software

What fields are required in the Customer Extract?

What is the purpose of mailchimp for our software if any?

All we need is First Name , Last Name, City, State, Zip code and email address for the extract. Nothing else.

It's a marketing tool , our customer can send newsletter , press releases , product information,and promotions to their customer base with few clicks instead sending personal emails. This tool is widely used in the industry
