App-Unable to save Appointments with comment length more than 39 #5

I was unable to save Appointments with comment length more than 39. The table can take 2000 chars so it seems to be an issue on the UI.

Please provide all the steps and the expected result.

When a user is creating a new appointment, if the comments are more that 39 characters and the user clicks the 'save' button, nothing happens i.e the appointment is not saved. The user should be able to save the appointment by clicking the 'save' button.

This has been tested and is now working fine
