move reducers / models closer to related ui #161

so, VS code made this SO easy it was lovely! we just highlighted each given const, clicked refactor -> move to new file, and it created and moved the function there, imported it, and then added all the necessary imports to the new file as well. so before grouping these into nice organized folders just wanted to pull them all.

will look to group them shortly

@bob-bins I believe this is ready for merge! once it is, then #162 should look a lot simpler (yet still complex, it probably warrants a review together)
