Confusion closes abruptly when not started from terminal #36

This is most annoying when finishing the game because you can't read the last messages. The obvious solution is to always start Confusion from a terminal window.

  1. Change instructions on how to play to inform on this.
  2. Add extra input after winning " press ENTER to exit ".
