File validation

Per code review, look a putting some type of validation around the file when read in.

try and except block:

• File extension checks (cap, pcap, pcapng) need to look at other pcap file extensions supported by Wireshark.
• Check on Pyshark Exceptions for file types
• Add in sys.exit instead of crashing
