[WebUI] participants count and lists are not working. #253

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login with admin
2. Login with other registered user on other browser.
3. Both user open the same page.

What is the expected output?
See at least 2 participants

What do you see instead?
See 0 participants

What version of the client *and* server are you using (displayed at the
bottom of the login page)? On what operating system?
1.2-SNAPSHOT (20110223-1005)
