Touchscreen Hamburger Menu Animations Don't Work #8

5/16: hamburger menu animations do not work in mobile. The dropdown menu does appear for the navbar hamburger, but the menu does not change to an x on either of them. This likely has to do with the difference between an onClick event and a tap event in a touch screen phone.

Issue seems to have resolved on its own
