I think it'd be good to write out typical use cases for people like "members need to see their payment history / update payment details" or "volunteers need to see who's checked off on the laser / what signoffs a person has" or whatever, and then wireframe the UX around supporting those experiences. Sample imagery of styling could be good too. We should probably discuss since an app's "look and feel" is a big part of how well it's accepted.

I agree, this seems like the proper work flow...I am happy to work on some user stories, when I can pull some time together.

@LucasianD @phobiac01 @mwolfson I've started a little mockup for the main index page after sign-in, it's editable without requiring a password just hit the save button when you're done. Maybe we can have one wireframe link for each page: https://wireframe.cc/u0OXWM

Okay, great. I can confirm the save feature works without needing to create an account. Here is another mock-up started, https://wireframe.cc/tDxS4u
