Adds Shipping Cost to the generated checkout XML #5

Before this change, it wasn't possible to define a global shipping cost. PagSeguro allow us to define a global one so you don't have to define one for each item in the cart.

This commit includes this change as well as its tests.

@kurko o projeto ainda está sendo mantido sim, é que as vezes eu esqueço de checar se houve alguma atividade no github

Em relação aos commits estarem em inglês, eu coloquei todos os commits em inglês, então está de acordo com o histórico :)
