Mating preference values were plotted with altered m, f, and c:
TPH2011 has been used in this anole project so far. Second row, TPG2013, seems more reasonable than TPH2011. Third row, Debarre's model looks even better. The source code is here: https://github.com/heavywatal/edal/blob/master/analysis/test_non_random_mating.R
The effect of non-random mating by Débarre (2012) is milder than those by TPH2011 and TPG2013. Branching is therefore not observed with the same parameter values as those of previous results.
