Mating preference values were plotted with altered m, f, and c:

test_non_random_mating

TPH2011 has been used in this anole project so far. Second row, TPG2013, seems more reasonable than TPH2011. Third row, Debarre's model looks even better. The source code is here: https://github.com/heavywatal/edal/blob/master/analysis/test_non_random_mating.R

The effect of non-random mating by Débarre (2012) is milder than those by TPH2011 and TPG2013. Branching is therefore not observed with the same parameter values as those of previous results.

We need stronger female preferences to simplify branching
