WIP changes for the support page #5

I'm just picking up where I left off before getting distracted by product stuff... this branch contains all the new /support stuff as well as a fix for the buttons (derp).

I still need to clean up the pricing display/formatting a bit, and add an FAQ section (like sensuapp.org/support), then it'll be ready to go.

Going to rebase this branch so we can get a clean merge when complete (this means I'll be making a force push to this branch)
