Chapter Popup #29

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The chapters selector is simply a HTML select dropdown. We should make it a standard popup like the others.

Type of Feature

Describe the solution you'd like It should be a popup like the translation or book popups. It should also have the ability to show the first verse of each chapter.

This is postponed for now and will not be included in version 0.3.0 due to lack of interest.
