condition change alt just not working #970

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. make command RTL as part of a mission, precedded by condition change 
altitude... nothing happens. Plane hits home with no change in altitude from 
where it was (value on condition change alt = -1)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No effect. It was working BEFORE update to latest MP version 1.3.2

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? APM Plane 
3.0.3.  MP 1.3.2.  Using on windows 7.
