Chafetz Chayim Yomi has a double entry for Shevat and Iyar #1

If you see here, the entry for 16 Shvat and 25 Iyar is the same in a leap year. Just Tishrei changes.

Thanks. The source of this comes from Hebcal user Zalman Berger. This requires some correspondence with him to understand better the source of the double-entry
