Faceted-search- GSA Version 6.2.4

Hi

please help me out.

1. we followed the steps and installed the faceted search. the results 
count in the faceted serach are not displying and throwing some javascript 
error like "Object not found". we are working on GSA 6.2.4 version.

2.  if no results were found, it is throwing javascript error 
like ...document.getelimentbyid(...)

3. we are crawling shaepoint content with in the GSA by installing the GSA-
shrepoint connector. you know sharepoint has some meta data within the 
content and metadata will be created as indexes. how to create the facets 
for that metadata.
